Position: F&B Assistant
Outlet: FOO Asian Tapas- Orion (Pre opening)
Brand: Pebble Street Hospitality
Preferred Candidate: Hospitality fresher passouts or equivalent.

• Guest service: Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, provide menu recommendations, and respond to inquiries or complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Order fulfillment: Accurately input orders, retrieve food and beverages, and serve them to customers in a timely fashion.
• Payment processing: Handling transactions and process payments accurately.
• Maintaining a clean environment: Ensure dining areas, service stations, and tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
• Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and company regulations.
• Inventory and stock: Assist with managing stock, restocking supplies, and monitoring inventory levels.
• Team collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Upselling: Promote suitable products and specials to guests.
• Problem-solving: Resolve guest issues professionally and promptly
