F&B Assistant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Assistant to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 25 years of experience in food and beverage service, with excellent customer service skills.

• Manage food and beverage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

• Proven experience in food and beverage service, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
