F&B Assistant

Position: Waiter / Steward

Role Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional dining experiences by delivering prompt service, maintaining professionalism, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them to their tables
• Take food & beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve dishes and beverages with proper etiquette
• Ensure tables are set, clean, and well-maintained
• Check on guests’ satisfaction and handle requests promptly
• Process bills and manage payments
• Maintain hygiene and follow all safety standards
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months–1 year experience preferred (freshers with good attitude also considered)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy hours
• Presentable, polite, and team-oriented
• Basic knowledge of F&B service
• Flexibility to work weekends and shifts

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
