Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

About Us

At Oryx Village, we believe in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters to join our team and deliver warm hospitality with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Present menus, answer questions, and make food & beverage recommendations.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
Process bills and handle payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining environment.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and teamwork spirit.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
