F&B Assistant

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. You will be required to set up and prepare dining and buffet areas according to the service standards. Taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately and promptly is a crucial part of your role. It will also be your duty to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the service areas, dining tables, and equipment. You will assist with the setup and clearing of banquet functions or conference rooms, replenish supplies such as cutlery, crockery, condiments, and beverages, and maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions. Reporting any guest complaints or service issues to the supervisor immediately is essential. Following health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times is mandatory to maintain a safe environment for all. Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth F&B operations is vital for the success of the overall service.
