Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Set up and prepare dining and buffet areas according to the service standards.

  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.

  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the service areas, dining tables, and equipment.

  • Assist with the setup and clearing of banquet functions or conference rooms.

  • Replenish supplies such as cutlery, crockery, condiments, and beverages.

  • Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions.

  • Report any guest complaints or service issues to the supervisor immediately.

  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth F&B operations.
