Factory Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Management:Supervise and coordinate day-to-day factory operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules. Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity. Allocate tasks and responsibilities to workers based on production priorities. Ensure raw materials and components are available for uninterrupted production. 2. Quality Control & Compliance:Ensure all products meet Myco Industries' quality standards and client specifications. Conduct routine inspections and address defects or deviations immediately. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain documentation for quality control and compliance audits. 3. Workforce Supervision & Training:Manage a team of workers, providing guidance and support as needed. Train employees on new machines, safety protocols, and quality control measures. Motivate and discipline employees to maintain productivity and efficiency. Monitor worker performance and provide feedback for improvement. 4. Machinery & Equipment Maintenance:Ensure all machinery and tools are in good working condition. Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate with technicians for repairs. Identify and report machine breakdowns to minimize downtime. 5. Inventory & Resource Management:Maintain stock levels of raw materials, tools, and other necessary items. Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of supplies. Optimize material usage to reduce waste and cost. 6. Safety & Workplace Management:Enforce workplace safety guidelines and conduct regular safety checks. Ensure the factory is clean, organized, and free from hazards. Investigate and report workplace incidents or accidents. 7. Reporting & Coordination:Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Communicate with management regarding progress, challenges, and recommendations. Work closely with other departments, including sales, logistics, and procurement, to align production with business goals. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering (preferred). 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or factory supervisory role. Knowledge of machining, fabrication, and manufacturing processes. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
