1. Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance and working hours, crucial for payroll and project tracking.
2. Ensuring that all contract workers follow company policies, regulations, and safety protocols. including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
3. Interviewing and onboarding new contract workers.
4. Maintaining accurate records of contract worker hours and performance.
5. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the contract workforce.
6. Blue Collar Recuritement Experience prefered
