Factory Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. This role involves managing a team of production workers, coordinating schedules, maintaining equipment efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations and workforce activities.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve output and quality targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to prevent downtime.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve skills and productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory, and workforce attendance.
• Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with management, logistics, and quality control teams.
• Address operational issues promptly to minimize disruption and maintain workflow.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s or ITI degree in Mechanical Engeneering
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and production plans.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software .
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
