Business Development Executive

With a strong global presence across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Australia, the USA, and beyond, we are expanding our reach and seeking talented professionals to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Handle international client communication via email, video calls, and phone calls with clarity and professionalism. Draft and manage sales emails, proposals, and follow-ups with excellent written English. Conduct tender analysis, preparation of documentation, and submission as per requirements. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding, order execution, and after-sales service. Develop new international business opportunities through B2B sales, international calling, and client acquisition. Manage client meetings (virtual & in-person) and represent the company in a confident, well-presented manner. Lead sales negotiations and contract closures to achieve export sales targets. Track global market trends and support the management team with insights for business expansion. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent command of English (spoken and written) – must be confident in international communication. Strong presentability and interpersonal skills for client meetings and negotiations. Proven ability in B2B sales, client acquisition, and sales closing. Experience in tender analysis and documentation. Strong sales negotiation and persuasion skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients across different regions. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field. 1-4 years of experience in international sales/exports (Electrical sector preferred). Prior exposure to Middle East, North/South America, or European markets is a strong advantage.
