Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supervising daily plant operations and workface, monitoring inwards/ outwards of materials, overseeing attendance and discipline of workers, coordinating with production contractor and QC consultant, and supervising maintenance of machinery, tools, and jigs at the sheet metal fabrication plant located in Vasai East, Kaman. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily plant operations and workface - Monitor inwards/ outwards of materials and maintain stock records - Oversee attendance and discipline of workers - Coordinate with production contractor and QC consultant - Supervise maintenance of machinery, tools, and jigs Qualifications Required: - Working experience in the sheet metal fabrication industry - Ability to work full-time from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the specified location - Strong communication and coordination skills Please note that this job offers benefits such as paid sick time and Provident Fund.
