Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Merchant Onboarding Executives/Field Sales Officers . Ensure daily/weekly merchant onboarding targets for QR codes, shop listings, POS, and digital payment acceptance . Conduct field visits, monitor team performance, and provide training & support. Maintain high-quality onboarding standards with proper KYC and documentation. Drive productivity through motivation, coaching, and performance tracking. Review MIS reports, dashboards, and ensure data accuracy. Coordinate with operations and compliance teams for smooth merchant activation.
