Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
2. Generate and convert qualified leads through calls, site visits and follow-ups
3. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation
4. Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective clients
5. Maintain regular communication with clients and provide after sales support
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and promotions
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
8. Keep track of competitors projects and pricing trends.
