Position Overview

The Facility Manager will be responsible for managing multiple client sites, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of facility services including housekeeping, technical maintenance, manpower management, compliance, client coordination, and overall site operations. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a proactive approach to auditing and supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facility & Operations Management

• Manage end-to-end facility services across assigned sites.
• Ensure effective housekeeping operations, hygiene standards, and timely issue resolution.
• Oversee technical maintenance activities, preventive maintenance schedules, and vendor service quality.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations, resolve escalations, and ensure service compliance.

2. Manpower Management

• Handle site manpower planning, sourcing, deployment, and scheduling.
• Monitor daily attendance, shift allocation, and ensure adequate staffing to meet service requirements.
• Lead and supervise housekeeping and facility teams at multiple locations.

3. Client, Vendor & Dealer Coordination

• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, handle service reviews, and address concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors, dealers, and contractors to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
• Negotiate and monitor vendor performance and documentation.

4. Audit & Compliance

• Conduct regular audits for housekeeping, safety, equipment, and process compliance.
• Ensure statutory compliance documentation, such as PF, ESIC, labour laws, and other required records.
• Oversee KYC documentation, onboarding procedures, and compliance for all site personnel.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain checklists, MIS, attendance records, material consumption logs, and issue trackers.
• Report site performance updates to the management team.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of facility management operations and housekeeping standards.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and handle field-based responsibilities.
• Excellent team handling and leadership skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and manpower documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Basic technical understanding of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
  

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Facility Management certification preferred).
• Minimum

  5+ years of experience

  in Facility Management, Operations, or Hospitality Services.
• Experience in managing multi-site operations is highly desirable.
  

Benefits

• Competitive salary of

  ₹40,000 – ₹55,000

  based on experience.
