As a Facility Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance, operations, and management of facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise facility maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations - Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and sustainability initiatives - Coordinate repairs, renovations, and capital projects for continuous improvement - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry best practices - Manage facility budgets, finances, and grounds maintenance including landscaping - Collaborate with other departments to meet facility needs and manage multiple projects - Provide people management both internally and externally, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12 years of experience in facility management with at least 5 years in manufacturing as a Facility Manager - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering - Strong technical and engineering operations knowledge - Expertise in facility management, budgeting, and leadership - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills - Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices Additional Company Details (if applicable): As an equal opportunity employer, FLSmidth values diversity and equality, fostering an inclusive environment where all backgrounds and perspectives are embraced.
