Facilities Manager

As a Facility Manager at TELUS Digital in Noida, your primary responsibility will be overseeing all technical and non-technical operations, maintenance, and infrastructure management across the facility to ensure smooth functioning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing daily technical operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and BMS systems. - Planning and implementing preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance schedules to ensure zero downtime. - Maintaining and tracking AMC records for critical assets and equipment. - Ensuring timely completion of facility compliance activities, audits, and certifications. - Driving sustainability initiatives and implementing energy-efficient practices. - Managing inventory of consumables, spare parts, and maintenance materials. - Preparing, monitoring, and managing the annual maintenance budget. - Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and project-related work. - Leading and mentoring the technical maintenance team. - Maintaining all maintenance records, equipment logs, and documentation aligned with compliance and audit requirements. - Supporting facility audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness drills. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. - 8-12 years of experience in facility technical operations, preferably in IT corporate or commercial real estate. - Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and BMS systems. - Experience in vendor management, AMC handling, and preventive maintenance planning. - Proficiency in inventory and budget management related to technical operations. - Familiarity with BMS, EMS, and energy management systems. - Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
