🏗️ Facilities & Infrastructure Management

Take charge of the entire office facility — maintenance, administration, and expansion.

Lead new infrastructure projects and ensure timely, top-quality execution.

Keep everything from lights to lifts in perfect working order.

🤝 Vendors & Contracts?

Handle service agreements, AMC contracts, and vendor negotiations.

Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors — from housekeeping to hardware.

Own the paperwork: quotations, invoices, follow-ups, and finance coordination.

💰 Expenses & Procurement: Master of the Numbers

Track all facility-related expenses like a hawk.

Lead procurement (non-IT assets), manage inventory, and keep supplies flowing.

Collaborate with finance to maintain budget compliance and audit readiness.

📦 Office Operations: The Office Runs Because You Do

Supervise day-to-day facility ops and keep the office humming.

Manage everything from stationery to business cards — and all the little things in between.

Lead internal facility teams and vendor staff like a true pro.

🧑‍💼 People & Compliance

Manage contractor staff: front desk, pantry, housekeeping, security.

Ensure smooth reimbursements and vendor payments with accounts team.

Drive compliance and safety for a secure, happy workplace.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

6–8 years of hands-on experience in facility management or administration.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Experience in office fit-outs or infrastructure development is a big plus.

Leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.
