Facilities Management Specialist

We are looking to hire AM- Home Renovation for HouseEazy. The role requires refurbishment & maintenance of apartments in high rise projects in Noida.

KRA's :

·      Overseeing renovations & refurbishments in the apartments.

·      Ensure that the apartments are kept in clean and presentable condition with all utilities functioning properly till customer handover.

·      Manage multiple vendors for refurbishment, repairs & housekeeping to deliver services on time and within budget.

·      Seek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards

Requirements:

• Should be a graduate.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in facility management.

• Should be from Real Estate Industry.

• Multitasking ability.
