Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Facilities Management Specialist. The Facilities Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining building operations, coordinating facility management tasks, overseeing budgeting, ensuring effective building maintenance, and managing energy consumption. The role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of the facility, addressing maintenance issues efficiently, and optimizing resource usage.

Qualifications

• Building Management and Facility Management (FM) skills
• Experience in Budgeting and Building Maintenance
• Knowledge of Energy Management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant professional certification is a plus
