Facilities Management Specialist

Purpose of the Role

• To execute operations efficiently as per agreed standards and timeline.
• To engage and enhance customer relationship.
• Responsible for involvement and completion of TEI initiatives by self
  

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Plan, organize and conduct training programs for employees as per standards.
• Ensure adherence of all quality standards across the organisation(People ,Process and System)
• Responsible for cost effective operative measure.
• Responsible for identification and deployment of suitable resources as per agreed terms.
• Responsible to monitor performance of all deployed resources at customer place.
• Ensure the customer requirements are captured and delivered within the timeline.
• Responsible to prepare and manage MIS
• Responsible to Co ordinate with SCM team and vendors
• Responsible to handle and route all escalations, issues and ensure to provide solutions
• Responsible for all the inventory control at site.
• Responsible to track and record all documents.
• Ensure supply of uniforms and Shoes on time and monitor grooming standards.
• Responsible to deliver as per SLA for Customer retention.
• To comply with the needs of the company, and to take on any other work allocated by your supervisor.
• Ensure self-involvement and timely and efficient completion of TEI initiatives of QCC/ Kaizen related projects leading to efficiency gains/ cost reduction
