Role Description:

Sales & Market Expansion

  • Identify, approach, and onboard international distributors, importers, and private label clients.
  • Drive B2B and institutional sales across key global markets.
  • Create regional sales strategies, pricing structures, and export targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and develop long-term trade partnerships.

Export Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance for smooth order execution.
  • Manage export documentation — invoices, packing lists, COO, FSSAI, APEDA, and shipping docs.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations and buyer specifications.

Business Development & Networking

  • Represent the company at global food expos (JFEX Japan, Gulfood Dubai, etc.).
  • Liaise with export councils, embassies, and trade bodies like 

    TPCI

    APEDA

    , and 

    FIEO

    .
  • Conduct competitive analysis and track global spice market trends.

Client Relationship & After-Sales

  • Maintain relationships with key buyers to ensure repeat business.
  • Monitor feedback, resolve queries, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare performance and forecast reports for management.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s / MBA in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related field.
  2. 3–7 years’ experience

     in export sales (FMCG / Food / Spices).
  3. Strong understanding of international trade, documentation, and logistics.
  4. Proven track record of meeting export sales targets.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Preference for candidates experienced with 

    Asian / Middle Eastern / European markets.

  7. Skills in Business Planning and International Business
  8. Proven track record in Sales strategy and execution
  9. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  11. Knowledge of global trade regulations and compliance
