Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager, located in Ranchi. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interviewing. Additionally, the manager will develop and implement recruitment strategies, maintain and update recruitment databases, ensure compliance with employment laws, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate sourcing Skills in developing and implementing recruitment strategies Proficiency in maintaining recruitment databases and HR software Knowledge of employment laws and compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the industrial or construction industry is a plus
