The Sales Head HoReCa Division at Vaahe will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies to enhance Vaahes presence in the hospitality industry. With a focus on expanding business growth in the HoReCa sector, this position demands exceptional leadership skills, a strong network within the industry, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, key account management, and market expansion. Responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the HoReCa sector, concentrating on hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses. The Sales Head will be tasked with formulating and executing a robust sales strategy to elevate market share and achieve revenue targets. Building and sustaining solid relationships with key decision-makers, leading a high-performing sales team, exploring and entering new markets and customer segments, developing pricing strategies, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess at least 8 years of sales experience, preferably in the HoReCa, FMCG, or Food & Beverage industry. A successful track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts, a well-established network within the hospitality sector, exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, the ability to work autonomously and drive business growth, as well as experience in spices, condiments, or food products, would be advantageous.
