Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales and Marketing Execution: Develop and implement effective sales and

marketing strategies tailored to the company's objectives, with a focus on international

market penetration.

2. Business Development for Natural and Engineered Stones: Lead business

development initiatives for natural stone products (Granite, Marble, Quartzites, Semi-

Precious Stones, etc.) and engineered products (Quartz, Porcelain, Ceramics, etc.) across

assigned regions.

3. Market Expansion and Partnership Development: Identify and engage potential

Dealers, Distributors, and Business Partners in international markets, fostering longterm

relationships and expanding the company’s market footprint.

4. Overseas Market Engagement and Trade Fair Participation: Travel extensively to

promote the company’s products in various countries, participating in key trade fairs and

establishing a strong presence in target regions.

5. Client Database Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of

clients within the designated territory, ensuring accurate classification and continuous

engagement to foster business growth.

6. Annual Planning and Budgeting: Oversee the planning of Annual Business and Trade

Logistics (ABTL) activities, ensuring alignment with sales targets, volume values, and

timelines tailored to the unique needs of each country within the region.

7. Coordination of Export Processes: Collaborate with internal teams (operations, supply

chain, finance) to ensure the seamless execution of export orders, addressing any exportrelated

issues that may arise during the process.

8. Product Launch Management: Take ownership of introducing new products to the

market, ensuring successful product launches that expand the company's portfolio and

contribute to increased sales in the target markets.

9. External Stakeholder Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with export

promotional councils, embassies, chambers of commerce, and trade fair authorities,

leveraging their support to identify and connect with potential buyers, importers, and

distributors.

10. Support to Director in International Travel: Assist the Director in managing

international travel schedules, including logistics, meeting coordination, and business

development support.

Skills & Expertise:

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage

stakeholders at various organizational levels.

 Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing and extroverted nature, capable of networking

and establishing rapport in diverse cultural contexts.

 Excellent decision-making and management capabilities, with the ability to lead initiatives

effectively.

 ⁠Thorough knowledge of international export laws, regulations, and trade practices.
