Role Overview We are looking for a Retail Store Executive to manage Baidyanath exclusive retail outlets / counters, deliver excellent customer experience, and guide customers on Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products while ensuring smooth store operations. Key Responsibilities : Customer Engagement & Sales Greet customers and understand their health and wellness needs. Provide accurate information on Baidyanath Ayurvedic medicines, supplements, and wellness products. Guide customers on usage and dosage strictly as per approved guidelines. Achieve assigned sales targets and promote ongoing offers. Store Operations Handle billing and POS operations (cash/card/UPI). Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and product display. Ensure proper pricing, labeling, and shelf management. Inventory Management Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment. Track expiry dates and remove expired/near-expiry products. Assist in stock audits and reporting. Compliance & Brand Standards Follow Baidyanath SOPs and regulatory norms related to Ayurvedic products. Avoid unauthorized medical claims. Uphold Baidyanath’s brand values and customer trust. Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream) Diploma / Certification in Ayurveda / Pharmacy / Wellness preferred
