Our mission is to bring natural, holistic wellness to every home through Ayurveda. Role Description We are seeking an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for our Ethical Ayurvedic Products division. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The ASM will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Daily tasks include territory management, customer visits, product promotion, and reporting on sales activities. Qualifications Experience in Sales Operations and Management Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management Knowledge of Ayurvedic products and the healthcare industry Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Proficiency in using Sales Software and Reporting tools Ability to work independently and lead a sales team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Previous experience in the Ayurvedic or Pharmaceutical industry is a plus Show more Show less
