Job Description

  1. On the basis of Sales Scheme Structure given by the Marketing Department, Preparation of Scheme based on the nature/type/group of the FG Material, and uploading the same with the help of the Manager in the PRD Server, as and when changes done related to GT parties/ECOM Parties.
  2. All the Scheme Related Issue is being handled and sorted out.
  3. Master Creation Activities like, Vendor/Customer/Employee/Asset/Service Master, etc., is being done.
  4. Creation of Invoices for the Export/3P Customers/Inter Company/CSD, etc. from the HO due to price sensitive & other factors involved.
  5. Finding the solution for the problem faced by the CFA Billing person at the time of creation an invoice/e-invoice/scheme not capturing/e-waybill, etc.
  6. Testing of various scenarios related to FI/MM/SD/PP in Development/Quality Server for new process or the reports to be develop in SAP with the consultation of SAP Support Team.
  7. At the time of emergencies due to non-availability of billing person at the CFA point, all the invoiced being booked by me in due consultation with the Manager.
  8. Booking of Production Order related to price sensitive of some items as and when required by the management.
  9. Preparation various types of reports based on the different angle of the managements & team members as and when required in relation to the SALES.
