Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AGM/DGM to oversee our power distribution and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with HT and LT transformers, power distribution systems, and electrical automation. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at liaising with government bodies, managing power trading, and handling MTOA (Medium Term Open Access) processes.Key Responsibilities:HT and LT Transformers: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-tension and low-tension transformers.Power Distribution: Manage the distribution of electrical power, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery to all end-users.Government Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and facilitate smooth operations.Power Trading: Handle power trading activities, including negotiation and execution of power purchase agreements.MTOA Management: Manage Medium Term Open Access processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing power procurement.Substation Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of substations, ensuring safety and reliability.Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all electrical equipment and infrastructure.Electrical Automation: Implement and manage electrical automation systems to enhance operational efficiency.Skills:In-depth knowledge of HT and LT transformers.Strong understanding of power distribution systems.Proven experience in liaising with government bodies.Expertise in power trading and MTOA processes.Experience with substation management and maintenance.Familiarity with electrical automation systems.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Key Competencies:Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualification & Experience:Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics / Electrical EngineeringExperience: Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in Steel & Cement PlantsRoles and Responsibilities:• Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting:Perform maintenance and fault diagnosis on PLC and SCADA systems.Handle system networking and ensure smooth data exchange between equipment.• Siemens PLC & SCADA Management:Oversee Siemens PLC, SCADA systems, and instrumentation.Develop, modify, and troubleshoot programs using Step 7 software for Siemens PLCs and ABB platforms to optimize plant performance• Programming & Networking:Program and troubleshoot control systems to ensure continuous plant operations.Maintain system networks and communication protocols within the plant infrastructure.Software Knowledge:Expertise in C++, Visual Basic, and DoT programming.Experience with high-end programming platforms and tools.Skills & Attributes:Strong leadership abilities to manage and guide the team effectively.Adaptability and flexibility to handle dynamic work conditions.Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.

Role & responsibilities - Should have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in making AutoCad drawings. Taking layout measurements, spare measurements etc.- Knowledge & understanding of relevant technical specification in drawings such as dimensions, limits & fits, tolerances etc Preferred candidate profile - ITI Draughtsman (Mechanical).- Should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in preparing the AutoCad Drawings. Others- Ability to work independently.- Trained in AutoCad 2D & 3D- Adaptability and Flexibility- Good interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities - The candidate should have good control room desk operating knowledge of Crushing equipment. - Good understanding of SCADA Operation. Desired Candidate Profile Min. Experience: Diploma in Mechanical having a minimum of 5 years experience in Crushing & - Screening plant of iron ore. PLC and SCADA control rooms are operated through the control desk.- Shift Control Room operator is responsible for the operation of the crusher plant. Knowledge of crushing equipment operations like Jaw Crusher, Gyratory Crusher, Cone Crusher, Vibrating Screen, Feeder and Belt Conveying System. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance and Repair:Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on induction furnaces and related electrical systems, including transformers, electrical machines, and automation systems.Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in induction furnaces, including power supply, control systems, and cooling systems.Ensure all electrical components, including transformers and automation systems, are functioning correctly and safely.Installation and Commissioning:Assist in the installation and commissioning of new induction furnaces and electrical equipment, including transformers, electrical machines, and automation systems.Ensure proper setup and calibration of electrical systems to meet operational requirements.Preventive Maintenance:Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify potential issues and address them proactively.Safety and Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks.Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and company policies.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.Technical Support:Provide technical support and guidance to the operations team regarding the safe and efficient use of induction furnaces and related electrical systems.Collaborate with other maintenance and engineering teams to resolve complex electrical issues.
