Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Operation and maintenance of Centrifugal pumps.
Operation & maintenance of Screw type air compressor make - IR, ELGI
Operation & maintenance of induced draft cross flow cooling tower, plate type heat exchanger, maintaining various water parameters and managing water from different source to meet plant requirements.
Maintenance of induction furnace and Annealing furnace ( utility related work).
Operation and maintenance of LDO,LPG Gas station & Nitrogen Plant.
Pipe and structure fabrication & erection
Planning, scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and major repair work related to mechanical equipment.
Supervise the work and give necessary clarification as required.
Maintain daily engineering report logs and ensure that the equipment history is updated from time to time.
Implement 5S systems and improving quality of KAI-ZENS.
Identification of hazards, unsafe act and unsafe conditions, implementation of correction and protection measure.
ISO Documentation & vendor bill evaluation.

Technical expertise

Proficient in
fault finding and troubleshooting
techniques.

SAP,MS Office
Good communication and team coordination skills.
