Responsibilities 66 kV grid switchyard handling Electrical System Management Electrical Safety and Compliance Knowledge of Electrical equipment: Transformer, DG Set, RTCC Panel, i-MCC & PCC Panel, VFD Drive Panel, UPS & Battery systems, Battery charger, PA systems, Elevator, Crane/Hoist, CCTV, AC System Energy Management and Power Quality Power Quality Monitoring and Optimization Electrical Drawing and Documentation Preparation for Power Consumption report Knowledge of Permit to Work Planning of Shutdown Maintenance activities Maintenance of Electrical Equipment including AMC, regularly inspecting and maintaining various electrical equipment, including UPS systems, generators, elevators, EOT cranes, etc. Preparation of SOP & SMP Preparation of Safety Management Plan Training team members on Electrical Safety Practices Diagnostic Tools Experience (Thermography) Maintaining Power Factor (PF) Motor maintenance and sending to Vendor for overhauling Preventive, Predictive, shutdown maintenance Record Creation of Power Consumption and Preparation of G7 Plant Competencies Behavioral Strategic thinking System & Process Orientation Risk Management Collaboration Learning & Change agility Problem Solving People & Team Savvy Leadership Communication Interpersonal Skills Decision Making Adaptability Technical Wiring Checking of Panel Relay Setting Troubleshooting Able to Understand Drawing Execute PM Plan (Preventive Maintenance Plan) & Shutdown Plan Material Inspection and GRN Clearance 5S Implementation Experience Relevant Experience Preferred in this role: 5-8 Years Qualification Education: BTech in Electrical (Regular) Knowledge of Software/Application System/Tools MS Office, SAP/ERP, i-MCC Interaction Internal Entity/Contact: Process/Production/Mechanical/Instrument/Utility/Power plant Nature of Interaction: Troubleshooting and Maintenance External Entity/Contact: Government officials Nature of Interaction: In case of Power failure, for ED & G7 Card Data Submission Entity/Contact: Consultants & Vendors Nature of Interaction: For equipment failure
