- Implement and monitor safety compliances during shift operations.
- Conduct and document risk assessments, hazard identification, and control measures.
- Ensure adherence to IMS (Integrated Management System) policy and safety standards.
- Carry out safety audits, inspections, and prepare compliance reports.
- Investigate accidents/near misses, prepare reports, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Organize and conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
- Prepare and conduct mock drills (fire, evacuation, emergency response).
- Regular monitoring of unsafe acts and conditions, escalating issues as necessary.
- Coordinate with statutory bodies and ensure compliance with all legal requirements under the Factories Act and other applicable regulations.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel etc)
- Good Communication Skills
- Keen Listener and problem-solver.
- Positive attitude with willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving safety practices.
