Develop and implement techniques and methods of process control which increase plant efficiency.
Perform all aspects of sampling, monitoring and testing required to maintain compliance with GPCB
Guide the production personnel for smooth operation of Effluent Treatment, RO, and help them for troubleshooting.
Ensuring effluent treatment & environment-friendly disposal of waste.
Regularly monitoring stack discharge and drive initiatives to reduce emissions for compliance
Maintaining the discharge of treated effluent and savage within prescribed norms and trouble free running of all equipment
Monitor consumption ratios on daily basis and initiate corrective steps to minimize the cost of input Identify and implement schemes for improving unit process for cost reduction.
Explore unconventional ways to waste water treatment and reuse of the same in production process.
Conduct water and waste audit regularly and submit the observation to the management.
Aware the employees of the HPPL regarding the wastewater treatment and effective effluent treatment.
Identify the alternate water sources and encourage employees of the plant to do the same.
