Join our team as an EHS Lead and play a key role in safety management, environmental compliance , and IMS implementation across the plant. Key Responsibilities: Lead incident investigations , perform root cause analysis , and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Drive HIRA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment) and AIA (Accident Investigation Analysis) across operations. Implement and manage Integrated Management Systems (IMS) aligned with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 . Prepare and conduct On-Site Emergency Plans & Mock Drills for emergency preparedness. Ensure statutory compliance for lifting tools, tackles, pressure vessels, and environmental monitoring. Coordinate with GPCB, DISH , and Fire Authorities for audits, inspections, and approvals. File statutory returns and maintain legal documentation related to EHS compliance. Additional Responsibilities: Conduct internal safety audits and support continuous improvement toward a zero-incident goal. Champion employee engagement initiatives to build a culture of safety and sustainability . Perform daily safety patrols and proactively mitigate workplace hazards. Maintain and analyze EHS data & records , supporting sustainability goals and initiatives. Lead Safety Committee & Management Review Meetings . 1) Environment Liasioning like EC, CTE, CCA application and CCA amendment 2) Annual updating and submission of form 3, form 4 and form 5 3) Preparation of six monthly EC compliance report Required Candidate profile 4) XGN work like Monthly Patrak filling, hazardous waste return filling, Reply to GPCB query, etc 5) Active participation in liasioning with Government officials.

To liaising with all government authorities, Like GPCB, Area Development Authority, GIDC, GEB, GWSSB, Police, Gram-Panchayat, Nagarpalika, SEZ, Factory/PF/ESIC/Labor Inspector, DGFT, Service Tax, Custom, etc. c. To build up relationship with the local stack holders and villagers. d. To handle daily business issues, manage company associations, and recognize business opportunities. e. To communicate constantly negotiating with clients or business associates. f. To continuously working to strategically expand, preserve or improve the companys procedures, standards or policies while sticking to business edicts and regulatory guidelines. g. To resolving contractual and commercial problems. h. To discovering areas that are not in keeping with regulation practices. i. To offering direction and instruction. j. Graduate with 7 to 10 years of experience. To manage communication between GIDC Industrial Estate & government authorities, utilities & local bodies. Proficient in Gujarati & English. Strong understanding of government processes & documentation. Required Candidate profile Serve as liaison between the estate & government departments (GPCB, AMC, GEB, Police).
