Key Responsibilities:

• 🧭

  Website Growth Strategy:

  Develop and execute a focused growth roadmap to scale traffic and revenue on our website.
• 📊

  Performance Marketing:

  Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, Display) driving high-converting traffic only to the website.
• 🖥️

  Website Optimization:

  Work with tech and design teams to improve site speed, UX, product pages, checkouts, and mobile performance.
• 🛒

  Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  Run A/B tests, landing page experiments, heatmaps, and behavioral analysis to continuously improve conversions.
• 💬

  Retention Marketing:

  Build and manage email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing journeys for cart recovery, repeat purchases, and upselling.
• 🧠

  Analytics & Reporting:

  Track funnel metrics, revenue, and user behavior using tools like GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, and Shopify Analytics.
• 🔍

  Consumer Insights:

  Deeply understand customer needs, identify buying triggers, and personalize the onsite experience.
• 🤝

  Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Work with design, product, content, and customer service teams to create a seamless shopping journey.

What You Bring:

• 4–8 years of experience in D2C growth with a strong focus on

  website sales

  .
• Hands-on expertise with Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo/Sendlane, and other growth tools.
• Proven success in improving conversion rates, reducing CAC, and growing D2C website revenue.
• A strong eye for user experience, creative experimentation, and customer journeys.
• A blend of

• Passion for wellness, Ayurveda, or conscious living is a bonus.
