Key Responsibilities:Handle and process insurance claims and documentation with TPAs. Coordinate with patients, hospitals, and TPAs for smooth claim processing. Manage billing operations, prepare invoices, and ensure accuracy. Maintain and update records of bills, payments, and claim statuses. Respond to queries from TPAs, patients, and internal departments. Ensure all billing and insurance activities comply with healthcare regulations. Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely settlements. Assist in preparing reports related to billing and insurance status. Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in TPA coordination and/or hospital billing preferred. Strong understanding of health insurance processes and medical billing systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and billing software.
