Job Description – International Sales Executive (Jewelry Division, Carnival Cruise) Designation: International Sales Executive – Jewelry Division Location: Onboard Carnival Cruise Salary Bracket: 88,000-1,40,000 (per month) About the Role: F.E. Fine Jewelry, a premium luxury brand, is seeking dynamic and customer-focused International Sales Executives to join our team onboard Carnival Cruise. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging international cruise guests, showcasing luxury jewelry collections, and driving sales while ensuring exceptional customer service and brand representation. Selected candidates will be required to undergo recruitment and training (with applicable fees) before joining onboard. Key Responsibilities • Engage with international cruise guests to promote and sell F.E. Fine Jewelry collections. • Build strong customer relationships through personalized recommendations. • Achieve individual and team sales targets using effective sales techniques. • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product displays. • Handle billing, invoicing, and maintain accurate sales documentation. • Provide after-sales services such as product care and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Collaborate with onboard retail teams to maximize sales opportunities. • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure store aesthetics and security compliance. Candidate Profile • Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent. • Prior experience in luxury retail/jewelry sales preferred (cruise experience is an advantage). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with international clientele. • Well-groomed, confident, and presentable with professional etiquette. • Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality and persuasive sales ability. • Must hold a valid Passport or Continuous Discharge Certificate (CDC). • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic working conditions. • Flexibility to work and reside onboard a cruise ship for extended contracts.
