Position Overview We’re hiring a Global Communications & Export Support Executive whose sole mandate is to create lasting impressions and foster enduring partnerships. You will: Engage global clients and suppliers via calls, messages, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, and email with grace and efficiency. Excel in data management, curating, updating, and analyzing Excel spreadsheets to support strategic decisions. Handle communications with finesse, crafting accurate quotes, tracking order statuses, maintaining logs, and presenting proposals—all while preserving brand dignity. Key Responsibilities Global Outreach Initiate and respond to inbound/outbound calls, messages, and emails with buyers and suppliers worldwide. Schedule and manage Zoom or Google Meet calls, set the agenda, and follow up on action points. Communication Excellence Draft and send professional emails, quotes, shipping schedules, invoices, and reminders. Represent 5Star Exim with consistent diplomatic tone and clarity. Data Management & Analysis Maintain Excel sheets: sales pipelines, client databases, shipment timelines, and cost trackers. Track key metrics—conversion rates, lead response times, shipment accuracy—and prepare periodic reports. Relationship Cultivation Nurture rapport with buyers and suppliers; coordinate logistics with transporters, warehouse teams, and freight forwarders. Provide timely updates and proactively address issues like delays or customs hold-ups. Administrative Coordination Manage documentation: POs, commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certifications. Ensure compliance and maintain accurate electronic records. Continuous Improvement Suggest workflow enhancements, identify process gaps, and streamline communication and data processes. Ideal Candidate Profile Education: Fluent English speaker; CBSE board education (10th–12th) mandatory. Gender: Female. Skills & Traits: Exceptional verbal and written communication. Strong Excel proficiency (formulas, filters, pivot tables). Comfortable using WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, Gmail/Outlook. Meticulous, organized, data-driven, and proactive.
