📝 Job Summary

The

Assistant Manager - Operations

supports the Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily operational activities. This role ensures smooth workflow, effective team performance, compliance with policies, and continuous process improvement to meet business goals.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards.Monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, and performance indicators.Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as logistics, customer service, HR, and finance.Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management.Handle escalations, resolve issues, and support customer satisfaction initiatives.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.Supervise, train, and motivate operational staff to meet performance targets.

📚 Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.0–2 years of experience in an operational or supervisory role.Proven track record of managing teams and delivering on KPIs.

🛠️ Key Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilityEffective leadership and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systemsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies is a plus
