Job Description

Responsibilities.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels within the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Implement a structured and efficient onboarding process to ensure smooth new hire integration.
Administer performance management systems and coordinate employee appraisal cycles.
Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity.
Oversee accurate tracking of attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Manage employee benefits such as health insurance, PF/EPF, ESI, and gratuity.
Maintain up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital) and ensure effective utilization of HRMS software.
Support the implementation of HR processes to improve operational efficiency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances and queries effectively.
Foster a positive work culture through engagement, motivation, and recognition programs.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under labor laws including EPF, ESI, and Factory Acts.
Handle disciplinary actions, separations, and terminations in accordance with company and legal guidelines.
