The role is ideal for recent engineering graduates who are analytical, hands-on, and eager to gain practical experience in process improvement and industrial efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed Time & Motion Studies across key production lines to capture task-level data. Observe and document work processes, material movement, cycle times, idle times, and operator performance. Analyze collected data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for productivity improvement. Support Manning Analysis by: Mapping current manpower deployment across shifts. Assessing optimal headcount required for each operation/station. Recommending improvements for workforce productivity and line balancing. Create standard operating time documents and contribute to updating work instructions. Collaborate with production supervisors, line managers, and HR for data validation. Present findings with visual dashboards, charts, and reports. Maintain strict adherence to plant safety and hygiene norms while on the shop floor.
