Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Sous Chef with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team at BAMBOO SAA RESORT & SPA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and excellent leadership skills.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and implementing menus that meet high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and management.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
