Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott, with 2-8 years of experience in the culinary industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing menus that meet high culinary standards.
Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
