Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef located in Panaji. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations. This includes menu planning, food preparation, ensuring food quality, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards. The role also involves managing kitchen staff, handling inventory, and ensuring the efficient operation of the kitchen during service hours.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
• Experience in maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to manage and train kitchen staff
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Formal culinary training or certification
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
