Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and excellent leadership skills, with 1-4 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing menus that meet high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
