We specialize in Indian Origin Specialty Coffee, Roman Pizza and Italian Pasta Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Barista at Kulture - Specialty Coffee & Bistro, located in Park Street area, Kolkata. The Senior Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, maintaining a clean and efficient work environment, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include training junior baristas, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines. Qualifications Has previously worked as a Barista for atleast 3 years Experience working with semi automatic espresso machines from Rancilio or La Marzocco (any model) Has deep knowledge of various Manual Brewing techniques, namely French Press, AeroPress, Pour Over - we will test your practical skills Has knowledge about Speciality Coffee beans. Understands roast profiles, grind size, different processing techniques Is a hard working person and has the curiosity to learn and hunger to grow Has passion for coffee Is a team player Please apply, only if you meet all the above points.
