Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Sous Chef to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience and a strong background in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and leading a team of chefs.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to maintain high standards of culinary excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food production techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, focusing on quality and satisfaction.
