Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at the Marriott hotel, with 8-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.



Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee the pastry kitchen operation for high-quality food production.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene in the pastry kitchen.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry-making techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
