Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at The St. Regis, with 2-8 years of experience in the field.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee the production of pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure high-quality output.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry-making techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
