Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the complete pastry and bakery operations. Develop innovative fusion desserts, pastries, and modern mithai concepts. Ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation across all offerings. Design and execute seasonal menus and festival collections. Train, guide, and mentor the bakery and pastry team. Manage production planning, costing, and inventory control. Maintain strict hygiene, HACCP, and FSSAI compliance standards. Work closely with management on menu development and product launches. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Bakery & Patisserie or Culinary Arts. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a premium bakery, hotel, or confectionery brand. Strong hands-on knowledge of pastries, laminated doughs, desserts, and modern Indian sweets. Creative mindset with excellent leadership and time-management skills.
