As EM you will shape the strategic direction, drive growth, build operational excellence and ensure Opvia.in fulfils its mission of enabling business expansion beyond borders for its clients.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Strategy & Growth

  • Define and execute the company’s strategic roadmap to position Opvia.in as a global leader in offshore team building.
  • Identify and expand into new markets, industries, and client segments.
  • Build strategic partnerships with global companies, accelerators, and venture-backed firms seeking offshore teams.


2. Operations & Delivery

  • Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring seamless delivery across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and client servicing.
  • Streamline systems and processes for scalability — from client onboarding to infrastructure and remote team management.
  • Implement measurable KPIs for efficiency, client satisfaction, and turnaround time.
  • Ensure technology integration and automation across operational workflows.


3. Sales & Marketing

  • Drive customer acquisition through digital marketing, partnerships, events, and B2B outreach.
  • Oversee branding, marketing strategy, and thought leadership initiatives that position Opvia.in as a trusted offshore partner.
  • Build and manage a global business development team to expand the client base across geographies.
  • Develop pricing, retention, and upselling strategies to increase lifetime client value.


4. Technology & Product Understanding

  • Leverage your

    software background

    to align operations and marketing with Opvia’s tech stack and platform capabilities.
  • Work closely with the product/tech team to improve client-facing systems, dashboards, and automation tools.
  • Evaluate emerging tools and technologies that can enhance client delivery and operational efficiency.


5. Leadership & Culture

  • Lead senior managers across operations, marketing, and client delivery.
  • Maintain a high-performance culture focused on ownership, client value, and transparency.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team for workforce planning and leadership development.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (mandatory).
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in business leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior operational or P&L role.
  • Proven experience scaling a service-based or outsourcing/offshoring company.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, B2B marketing, and client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated success in operational efficiency, systems building, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication in english, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
